SHIPPING:
AHC ships via USPS. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Please make sure your email is correct.
Shipping times may extend around holidays!
REFUNDS:
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS if item is damaged or defective please contact AHC IMMEDIATELY (24hrs) via contact form, email or Instagram. 
Once wig is worn there is absolutely nothing that can be done.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Q: How long is shipping?
A: READY TO SHIP WIGS will ship within 1-3 business days
CUSTOMIZED WIGS will ship within 7-15 business days
UNCUSTOMIZED WIGS will ship within 5-7 business days
ACCESSORIES will ship within 1-3 business days
Q: Do i need to measure my head?
A: No. All wigs come in standard size.
Q: Do you give refunds?
A: No there are NO REFUNDS 
 
Q: What if my wig comes damaged or defective?
A: Please contact ACH immediately 
Q: Do you offer local pick up? (Columbus OH Area)
A: Local pick ups will be announced via Instagram
